357mag
Can a pickup booster pedal or say a graphic equalizer be used in the effects loop of the POD XT Pro to help shape my sound further?
Mr_Arkadin
To be honest, where the loop is in the signal chain makes it fairly useless. It appears just before the analogue outputs, so you may as well stick whatever effect on the main output. Sure you could use a graphic EQ after the Pod, but stomp effects like a booster pedal I would probably place between the guitar and Pod input. 357mag
When you say "after the Pod" or "on the main output" what do you mean? Bear in mind I just plug my guitar into the Pod's input and play through headphones. No amplifier is being used.
Mr_Arkadin
In that case yes you would need to use the loop to hear anything in your headphones.
