Can you help me?

My UX2 is not connected

 

Have you had any luck in getting it working yet? More information will be helpful to anyone that's going to try and help you. You could call Line 6 or do a support ticket too.

 

Sometimes you need to try all of the usb ports on the computer. You may only have 1 out of 3 usb ports that will actually support the UX2. Give it try, see what gives.
