cscanlan Posted February 20, 2015 Share Posted February 20, 2015 I purchased an HD500x over Christmas, but have only just gotten around to trying out HD Edit on my computer. When I tried to plug the unit in via USB, there was no indication by the computer that anything was connected. I looked more closely at the port on the POD, and it lacks the small plastic support piece I've seen in other USB 2.0 B ports. Is this how the port is supposed to be, or do I need to open a support ticket and try to get the port fixed/replaced?
