I recently purchased a line6 v75sc mic

I also own a xd v70 mic and receiver (these still work togeather)

Ive connected the v75 to the older v70 receiver

to do this I had to change it from rf2 to rf1

All was going well and was working fine for 2 gigs we performed at until I lost audio signal

Ive checked rf signal and it was strong

Ive checked batteries and they where strong

Check all leads and mixer channel ,eg mute ,slider ,etc

this is the second unit they have sent to me and still the same problem

any ideas anyone?

Well if you've had two different transmitters do this it is likely the problem isn't the transmitters.

I would need a lot more information to try to solve your problem.

Did the problem happen in the same venue or different venues.  When you get a drop are you also seeing a red LED on the RF ladder?  Do you have clear line of sight?  Have you tried different channels?  At what distance did the drop occur?

I have recently purchased the V75 Transmiter and have an older VD70 receiver.  This mic was to replace a failing V70 transmitter.  I've also purchased another complete VD75 additional system and an additional V75 SC caspsule.  I will use the new receiver to update my older VD70 receiver.

I'm wondering if the V75 SC Capsule is essentially the same mic when it is attached to the standard V75 Transmitter?  A whole new V75 SC mic is sold in addition to the capsule only.  If you add an SC Capsule to the stand 75 transmitter are they exactly the same at that point.  V75 SC does have mic modeling for 4 popular Super Cardioid patterns are those available when you are adding an SC capsule to the standard V75 transmitter?

Thanks

Don
