isfann Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 I need to de-authorize my UX1 POD STUDIO i owned but have sold. When selling i was not aware I had to de-authorize. NOw when i tried to de-athorized it on my line6 account i got de-authorization status of Pending and demands a reconnection to complete the process - but I don't have it - so I'm stuck! silverhead Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 I think you need to de register it rather than deauthorize it. To remove the registration, click the Suppprt tab at the top of this page. At the bottom of the support page there is a link called Registration Help. In there is information on how to register your gear. In the Register Gear page select the Remove button beside your UX1.
