barr993 Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Hi All, Pulled my GuitarPort out of storage to give to my son to get him going on the guitar. Installed software on Windows 8 laptop, eventually installed Monkey, License manager, created an account, updated drivers, and finally got the green light on the GP but still a flashing USB symbol on the software and device not recognized. Figured it was a old device/Windows 8 issue so tried it on a Windows 7 machine with same results. Requirements check/System Statistics weird showing all green except RAM at 0 MB, IE SSL disabled, and BIOS date 82/124/1 (?!). Any help?
