Axeoth
Hello , i need some help i have a nice XLR microphone im running through a toneport UX 2 into my computer. what im doing i need to be able to speak into it and have very clear voice when talking to people. it was hard to justify buying a blue yeti or something when i have this equipment and a $150 XLR microphone already. i know how to record sound and such , but im doing this live when i talk to these people. I cant seem for the life of me how i can use it as my microphone input. To make it super sweet and simple , picture im using it for skype and i'd need skype to pic up on what i speak into this microphone. If you need even more details the exact list of programs i will be using for this are OBS Skype teamspeak raidcall ventrillo testing in game voice chats though cryengine Is there a way going through the Toneport UX2 that i can use this as my computers default microphone for these applications? cant seem to get it through Gearbox or the drivers to pickup. fflbrgst
If you set the UX2 as your system 'audio device' it should work. You may need to also select it as the audio input device in those programs.
