robbieb61 Posted April 14, 2015 Share Posted April 14, 2015 I'm just very happy that they are doing updates again.After Yamaha bought the company, there was nothing happening on that front at all.I'm guessing that things were a little crazy with new owners and everything. pianoguyy Posted April 14, 2015 Share Posted April 14, 2015 I'm just very happy that they are doing updates again. But, if you think about it - this is most likely going to be the last upgrade. Bug-fixing updates is one thing, but no more big upgrades. We are to the point of - do you continue to put money into the old product by buying packs, or do you just buy the new stuff. They can't squeeze to much more information into the units. Plus, since you mentioned the corporate purchase - the new parent company does not have a track record of releasing updates, they release new products.
