Acoustic Amp model in HD Vintage Pack

Any demo's about that new Acoustic amp model? I gig a lot with an acoustic guitar and POD HD500, so i'm thinking if the pack is worth buying just to get that one new model?

Following some feedback and free advice for Line6:

I've been thinking for some time does the Line6 people know how to communicate with customers in this century, or are you just plain stupid? Yeah, they send you an e-mail about a new product coming up. Are they just relaying on the customer to buy some amp pack by just telling "these are great". Yeah, it works for Apple-fanatics, but i'm pretty disappointed how this whole pack-thingie was announced. Two mentions on a website which both are cross-linked to each other and a button "give us your money here".

And all i ask is a nice walkthrough of the new models with decent sound quality and a decent player playing a normal electric/acoustic guitar on Youtube. Now you're just stating that your new packs just suck, and you're just collecting money from idiot customers, since nobody in Line6 has the nerve to make a product demo about them.

I get most of my monthly income by selling new technology to people and i know that the worst thing you could ever do for business, is underestimate your customers.

might seem like that if you're not a gearhead....

but there was months and months of build up and a big announcement at the NAMM trade show...

not saying demos etc wouldn't be nice....

but many of us heard about this upgrade multiple times a day for months!

I'm on the other side of the globe for NAMM, so i did not quite have the possibility to attend. I find your replies very amusing. Great arguments if you wan't to explain being lazy and ignorant.

It's 2015 for god's sake. My 10 year old son knows how to send a video to Youtube. I always thought that US was a developing country when it comes to technology and this just proves it. And also the fact that most of you are nothing but foolish lambs hanging in a some corporate leash ready to get whooped in the a** one more time and praising out loud "we deserve it, we deserve it".

Well. Do it your way. Mock a customer in public when justified feedback is given. I don't mind.

These are user forums... You're not a customer of any of ours. :)  No one that's commented on this thread is Line 6 employee.

I imagine it's only a matter of time before there are some official Line 6 videos up showing off the new models.

I did not mock or belittle you in anyway... just stated the information was out there and you missed it.

as phil points out, we're all users here...

and we're just trying to add our perspective to your feedback.

which is pretty much why public forums exist.

More demos are popping up on YouTube all the time....Here's one...BTW: All I tried to convey to you is the reality of you not finding what you like in terms of demos and reviews that you do have 30 days if you want it...No need to get all bent out of shape...

"Justified feedback", if you actually care to see it implemented, generally doesn't begin with a slap in the face by calling people names. But go ahead and do it your way, I don't mind. I'm sure it will change the world.

It's also worth noting that YouTube, the use of which you seem to regard as the pinnacle of technological awareness, was built right here in the "technologically developing" US...but why let facts get in the way of an old fashioned, incoherent rant.

Rave on, friend.

wow... I knew about the updates last year when L6 made the announcement HERE.. and on this forum it has been talked about and speculated about every day since.. videos do nothing cause you will not have the same guitar, same settings, same EQing, etc...

And if you think most of the people on here are lambs, It shows you have zero clue what you are talking about as you have obviously not read posts in the forum
