HD500 w/Boss RC-30 Looper in Stereo Question

I currently run a dual amp seteup using a Radial JX2 ABY. I run a Mesa amp/cab setup into JX2 channel 1 (A) and the HD500 / 2 Alto Ts115A's in stereo to the JX2 channel 2 . I use the HD500 side strictly for cleans with delays/reverbs ect and the Mesa side for heavier stuff. The JX2 lets me switch between the 2 or both at same time. I just picked up a Boss RC-30 looper to add to the HD500 side to play samples/loops in stereo and am having some trouble trying to figure the connections out. I made up some pictures to illustrate what I have/what I'm wanting to do and hopefully someone here smarter than me can help me out. To put it as simply as I can...

Current: HD500 1/4" outs into a L/R pair of Alto TS115A in stereo - HD500 Guitar IN to JX2 channel B.

Wanting to add a Boss RC-30 looper to the setup so I can play samples in stereo through the Alto's and play over them with the HD500.

If you just want to playback loops from the Boss, not record loops capturing any sound from the Pod, you could simply connect the Boss stereo outputs into the Pod cd/MP3 input. You will need an adapter to merge the two 1/4" outputs from the Boss into the required 1/8" stereo cd/MP3 input.
