morelia
I know hold Enter to enter the mode to set a footswitch. Is there a way to exit this mode other than saving?

mattbarden
I like using the edit software for things like this, all things really. It makes it so much easier.
Matt_Brown
Yes it is but I have found that when I need to make a minor tweek at a rehearsal/gig I have no idea how to do it on the POD. I'm getting there but must learn to be better at that
pianoguyy
*Which is yet another reason why I think a portable option for EDIT needs considered* If you don't feel comfortable with working on the machine itself, and you just want to make minor changes... Pen and Paper. Write down 'add footswitch control to patch 15b', so that when you get home you can do it on the pc. To me, if your rehearsal is about learning music, you should make those changes at home. But if your rehearsal is about tweaking the show, then you should consider taking EDIT with you so that it is available on the spot.
Matt_Brown
Yea, a portable version of Edit would be good. I have taken a laptop to rehearsal on occasion but I normally feel the need to tweak something when I haven't planned to!
