Rocco_Crocco
Looking for honest feedback and/or tweaking. I set it up for running into my studio monitors and my FRFR speaker. Link http://line6.com/customtone/tone/1062553/ Thanks!
pianoguyy
Critique #1 Spell his name properly. Critique #2 Which RR sound are you trying to mimic?
duncann
My guess would be the tone from Blizzard of Oz? Sounds pretty good to me, but maybe in place of the graphic eq at the end, try the Q filter with HP, low frequency ~5%, wide Q (low percentage), zero gain, and a pretty high mix 80-100. Just have to mess around with the settings to your liking. The Q filter gives the tone a kind of parked wah type of sound. I would also decrease the left path volume slightly, about 2dB, using the mixer. One last thing, if you want to save a little bit DSP, since this patch is right at the limit, you could change the reverb to something else. This might open up the not unused FX block for something additional. But overall, it sounds really good. Nice work. Forgot to mention I tried this patch using headphones and evolution pickups. Rocco_Crocco
Critique #1 Spell his name properly. Critique #2 Which RR sound are you trying to mimic? A basic RR sound. His sound on both albums is pretty similar. I was playing Over the Mountain while tweaking the patch.

Thanks. I'll try the Q Filter and mess with the verb.
taylorbeats
Really really nice, and I'm using a single coil.
Rocco_Crocco
Hmmm. I just found this isolated track on YouTube. I'm not even close. Back to the drawing board tonight after work .
