Supersonic FX Loop with M13?

Has anyone used their M13 (or 9) in the supersonic 22 effects loop?  I know all about the 4 cable method, and series vs parallel, etc.  The SS 22 does have a series fx loop, however it is line level, and has no level adjustments.  I had gotten an Alchemist (POS) a couple of years ago and discovered after the purchase that the m13 wouldn't work with it.  Am strongly considering the SS 22 and would like  to be able to use the m13 with both channels, hence the need for fx loop.  If I go for the new amp, I'd hate to get rid of the M13, but may have to return to regular stomp boxes.  Anyone?

I do not have the Supersonic. I have had great results however using the M13 in the effect loop(4cable method) of my Egnater Tweaker/ Fender BDRI/ Fender HRDLX and my 1982 Marshall JCM800 combo with aftermarket effect loop installed. I would think my Fender amps effext loops are similar to the one in the Supersonic. I sure would like a Supersonic head!
