NucleusX Posted June 24, 2015 Share Posted June 24, 2015 I just acquired the model packs recently and have enjoyed what I've so far delved into. Currently, I'm testing out the 5150 in different configurations to find and settle on a configuration I can rely on as a solid workhorse that will finally remain constant with every other patch I create with it later, as a template. While experimenting with this amp and setting unity gains similarly to my other created patches with other amps, I discovered the 5150 to be quite loud in comparison to all the other amps. I was able achieve unity with a -8db setting within the mixer block, which evened things up. Is this normal for this amp, and has anyone else made this same observation ?
