Guitarwildman Posted July 16, 2013 Share Posted July 16, 2013 On my POD XT Live it has text/wording that describes the Presets and Banks and what they are specifically designed for... 21-32 These are the only banks that I use, since it says right on the XT Live that these are for a users custom tones... I'm not using banks 1-20 AT ALL... since I only use custom tones, and I always output to a PA (Never an AMP, I don't own a Variax, etc). Can I use banks 1-8? Can I blast these factory tones with my own custom tones, populate them with my custom patches? Can I use Banks 9-16 with my custom tones and output to a PA (I never output to an amp) (Or are these reserved for their factory tones and output settings ie and have to go to an amp here? Can I use Banks 17-20 and swap out with my custom tones and NOT use a Variax or are these factory presets that I can't get rid of and reserved forever for a Variax?
