Hey guys I just wanted to let you know that I am making an HD500x vs. HD500 video tomorrow. What all would you like me to try to compare with the two? I just thought I'd throw the notice your way just in case you wondered something specific. I will probably only have the HD500 until Saturday so now is your time for suggesting comparison ideas. Thanks guys.

I will probably record it around 1 PM EST so please get in your suggestions before then. Thanks!

Progressively build identical patches on both until you hit the DSP limit in one machine, then continue on the other until you hit the limit on that one as well. Do this with various configurations, e.g. start off with two amps and add on tube screamers, or start off with one amp and add on pitch shifters, or no amps and add on '63 reverbs.

I look foreward  to it!

I guess how much more DSP/memory is the main difference,

A systematic adding of FX side by side would be a good on to see.

There is a more detailed reference to FX DSP approximations somewhere then this link http://line6.com/sup...9/DSP usage.JPG
