I just bought a used (like new) Spider II 30w & FBV Express MKII for use in my home so I can leave my big rig where it is. The shop I purchased it from said the FBV Express MKII was completely compatible with the Spider II. My problem is, while the pedal will switch between channels A-B-C-D and the expression pedal does "wah" when you use the toe switch, the volume pedal itself doesn't work or the tuner. TheRealZap Posted September 13, 2015 Share Posted September 13, 2015 the pedal is only a controller, it will only do what your amp is capable of. maybe the amp is limiting those functions because they do not otherwise exist? the pedal doesn't add anything that isn't already there.
