I recently purchased a Focusrite Scarlett Solo interface and now Pod Farm doesn't work. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks in advance for any replies. silverhead Posted October 7, 2015 Share Posted October 7, 2015 Did you actually purchase a separate Pod Farm license, or was it bundled with the GX purchase? silverhead Posted October 7, 2015 Share Posted October 7, 2015 Nope. Technically you purchased the hardware and the software was free. It's a license thing. Anyone can download the software at any time, with no restrictions. So Line 6 includes the licensing protection in the software itself. You need to have an authorized device connected to unlock the software, or you need to purchase a separate license that will permit you to unlock the software. At the risk of sounding a little ignorant, under Authorised Devices it says I have a "POD Studio GX' and my "iMac" authorised.
