aiccope
So I updated to windows 10, downloaded the newest driver, and my setup is not working. I run the POD directly into my Asus laptop through USB, and my DAW (Cubase) recognizes the connection (the POD can be selected in the device setup). Whenever the POD is chosen as soundcard rather than the internal soundcard (Realtek HD Audio), there is no sound coming from the DAW (e.g. just running the metronome). Neither from other programs (Spotify, youtube etc.). Any suggestions? What additional info should I provide?
Triryche
Just for clarification, you have speakers or headphones connected directly to the POD?
aiccope
Yup. A pair of active speaker connected through the jack-out on the POD
Triryche
And if you run the Monkey you have green ticks? It's a long shout, but is sound muted in Windows any where?
aiccope
Apart from workbench everything is up to date. I can run tracks in cubase if the pod is not connected, but as soon as I connect (and the soundcard changes to Line 6) sound stops all though the track is still running. Nothing muted to my knowledge.
Triryche
You might want to give Line6 a call or submit a support ticket. In the meantime I will move this to the HD forum for greater visibility and hopefully more suggestions.
