ricstudioc
Howdy, Is there a good way to create a POG (polyphonic octave generator) tone using the POD 500X? Thanks Nope - the POG is unique in function, and not modeled. I run mine via the fx loop...
MGblade
i use two pitch shifters one in the left signal path one the right at the begining of the signal chains.(octave up and down) with a overdriven sound it works great, tracks very good, even with simple chords, single note tracking is flaweless. no not as good as a pog but it does the trick for me. dhewer
Thanks...Iknow. I will give that a whirl..... I was thinking two smart harmony (L-Octave Up &R-Octave Down) and mess around with the key, scale, and mix and offset the mix in the mixer. I will assign the mix to my 2nd foot pedal - basically a clean tone with some overdrive, delay and a vibrato... Hope it works.
