Can you use any of the mod effects like phaser, chorus, flanger with tap tempo?

Is there a way to use any of the mod effects like phaser, chorus, flanger with tap tempo? I set "Tempo Select"='Global' but my mod effects don't seem to follow it.

 

Many effects with "Rate" could have a parameter to indicate "Tap" or "Preset" which would determine if the "Rate" is to be set according to the tap tempo or the preset's "Rate" setting. That way all of the effects and delays could follow the tap tempo where desired. Is there a way to do this?

All of these effects can be used with tap tempo already. Just push down on the knob controlling the rate parameter, and the parameter will switch to a note value. It works just like the delays.

Sometimes on very long note values they would stop modulating. It's a bug.
