I actually didn't find a replacement usb cable on Line6's site.  Any reason this shouldn't work?  This is a backup since the original is still fine, but heavily used.

Don't call it a printer cable. In the 'old' days of computer technology a printer cable was something different. Printers had their own cables. Monitors had their own cables. Mouses.... is the plural of a computer mouse still mice?

USB (universal serial bus) put an end to all that and made all jacks/cords universal.

As far as them all being the same... buying a quality cable is one thing. But once you try buying a chinese cord for a dollar on Amazon, then sometimes you run into compatibility issues because of the pin set up. ---- like diffusing a bomb. Black is not always the ground and red is not always hot.

think the same, that standard printer USB cable will work perfectly. When I had a similar problem last year, the solution for me was buying a new printer. I wanted a high-quality printer from the new generation, that can easily be connected to all my devices. My friend gave me the advice to visit this website https://www.mrdepot.ca where I could find high-quality office products like printers and cartridges. They often have sales on the site and free delivery, thanks to it I saved a lot of money. I’m absolutely happy with the new printer! If u still have a problem with your printer, try to check their site!
