stringsgreak
Hey all, I m new to line 6 products and recently i purchased hd500. I went through the manual and i couldn't spot an explanation on how make the up/down arrows cycle between presets instead of cycle between banks of presets. I bet this question has been asked before but i also couldn't locate it on the forum (probably my search words were incorrect). I'd appreciate any assistance or reference. Thanks a lot ! silverhead
on the first page of the settings menus (hold down the VIEW button for a couple of seconds) you will see a parameter called FS Mode. When set to ABCD you can use the A-D footswitches to select the 4 presets in the current bank. When set to FS5-8 all 8 footswitches are available to control FX on/off in the current preset, and you use the up/down arrows to cycle the presets. rd2rk
Actually, the up/down buttons always select the bank. In FS 5-8 mode, once you've selected a bank pedals 5-8 allow you to select one of the 4 presets in that bank, then revert to stomp mode.
