watsonbl Posted January 15, 2016 Share Posted January 15, 2016 My PODHD400 is 5 years old. I've had minor glitches happen in the past year but this particular problem doesn't make sense. First off, when I use the looper in PRE MODE and play it back, the looped recording is barely audible and crackling. When I try to record in Garage band, I have the same issue during play back. The strange part is that in looper POST MODE, everything is fine. In garageband, my signal is being received as normal according to the sound wave chart in the track. When I plug into an amp the signal has no issue either. I'm completely clueless and this doesn't sound like a run of the mill problem. BillBee Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 Well my man this is a "user support" forum, its probably the none of us have had that specific issue and are going "huh?" ourselves. If a firmware flash and a recalibration don't work I would submit a support ticket to Line 6 (follow the link at the top of the page -> support) where the actual company can give you some more info on what to try prior to sending it in for service. -B 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
