SiCantwell
I've tried using a patch cable across the FX loop to get a clean boost and it works great. But if I want to preserve stereo tones, would I have to find a short (like an inch or so) cable to connect a TRS-1/4 inch plug to dual 1/4-inch guitar plugs? Anyone know where to find such a thing? Couldn't find it at Sweetwater.

jimsreynolds
If you can solder, or know someone who can, it may be easier to make up your own. Wouldn't cost a lot. 1 x TRS 1/4" Jack 2 x TS 1/4" Jack 2 x 6" of Shielded stereo cable. 1 x hour of your/their time.
spaceatl
+1 Jim....I would suggest using right angle connectors to keep things tight and wire only as long as needed.
