[HD500x] Buzzing/Cracking through Headphone output when strumming chords

Hi everyone,

I've recently got a HD500x and have been very happy with it with all the new effects I can try out.

However I've came across this issue when I strum chords at a moderate volume there is some buzzing (cracking) noise in the background that comes with the chord.

There is no background noise at all when I manually mute the strings and the noise only happens when I play chords.

Is there some possible problems with my settings that may lead to this condition?

Thank you in advance!

If you are using full amp models, try turning the Master DEP control down to aroun 10%....Additionally, try turning the Cab RES DEP parameter down to 0%...The master DEP is not a volume control, it controls how hard you model the push of the power amp section of the model...

Thank you so much! This solved my problem immediately!
