Line6 - We are the helpful-tongues. Please take care of us!

Dear L6-Management.

You at Line 6 are the pumping heart and working hands behind your products but sometimes it seems to me, that we are the 'helpful tongues', that help new users and share the knowledge around your products.

We take care of the many questions which are never (could be) answered in your manuals, give the same hints over and over again and keep your support costs low.

So please honor our efforts and provide discounts to users which are helpful to others.

As I reached 10 likes yesterday and am interested in buying the full loaded HD bundle, a number of 10 likes could be a graceful value to filter out the 'helping-tongues, and 'mouth-to-mouth apostles' of your products and company and send them a little gift by mail, to let them purchase with a discount and let them get even more satisfied and further helpful :)

Sincerely yours,

Smashcraaft

I would take both, but I'm pretty sure massages will only go at values higher than 100 (so please uprate me for the sake of my feet) ;)

And please don't blame Line6 and do strongly believe in the power of love that we all should feel here and now.

No doubt, not kidding - here are users around, who should be offered a HELIX for free as a minimum for their help to the community!

If I were Line6, I would take those chances to keep power-users inline and feed them good, because they are nothing less than sale-multiplicators!

F. e. I´m sure MeAmBobbo would never had bought himself a Kemper, if he just had been pampered a bit (or more (communication first)).

I´m leading a small company by myself (otc-cosmetics and some medical stuff) and we always try to find and get the 'voices', 'early adaptors' and 'technocrats', which are around and seem to be valuable for our market (there my be better explanations of these kind of people).

It´s truly much cheaper to let real / involved people spread your products kama than payed idols or the marketing-guys.
But I´m not seeing Line6 going this way  :(

Who do you think the beta-testers are? All the mods had their Helix a looooooooooong time ago. The freebies have all been doled out already. And sooner or later, those same guys will have the beta version of whatever will eventually replace Helix. Your only hope is to be picked out of a hat to join that club. Easier to find a pearl in a pig's ear....good luck.

First of all I'm not talking about beta-testers. I'm talking about normal users which are active in the community and help us to avoid problems and understanding things. Even MeAmBobbo was somewhere talking about not even getting some answers from Line6. And those had been questions which might had popped up while he was working on his guide to the Pod HD.

Did anyone at Line6 ever realized how many users MeAmBobbo has kept using the HD instead of returning it to the store?

What's about the great work of perapera, Hurganico, pfsmith0, duncann (just to name a few I´ve noticed). I doubt Line6 had ever offered them a little discount-code for their unmeasurable efforts? I may be totally wrong about this, but in my opinion it is very (cost-) effective and worth it to extract and pamper helpful users. And I´m not seriously talking about myself  ;)
