line-6-user Posted April 25, 2016 Share Posted April 25, 2016 This is a tricky one... Confirm that the power adapter is delivering the required voltage and mAh. I have had other electronic device causing a malfunction on the power adapter's load (not enough mAh). Ideally you want to try another power supply before assuming the fault being with the HD500/X.
