meduz Posted May 22, 2016 Share Posted May 22, 2016 hello, thanks in advance for reading and sorry for my english, i'm french... i bought a pod hd500 second hand who works perfectly when i got it. 3 days ago when i start the pod I could see many troubles... the button of the left directional pavement does work anymore... in the setlist menu the arrow to select the setlist moved alone... impossible to acces to tuner... the sound drops out when a guitar is connect... all changes i made in the general menu does not saved when i restart the pod... after several minutes it finally block on Looper fonction. all updates are ok. I update one more time the last firmware, rollback old firmware and update last formware... no change... Matt_Brown Posted May 22, 2016 Share Posted May 22, 2016 When mine played up I found inside that the ribbon (computer) cable had come loose. meduz Posted June 23, 2016 Author Share Posted June 23, 2016 I finally solved my problems.I unsettled everything and coated the printed circuit as well as the buttons of navigation with a cleaner contact...go in test mode to verify everything / expression pedal calibration and put back the lastest firmware another time. waiting few minutes and all works good !!! i think it was a problem with the nav buttons (left) wich put the pod in RAZ mode each time of ignition... my warranty was down so DO NOT the same thing if your warranty is OK.
