bptrav
Does anyone know of a way of copying or moving patches on the hd500 itself without software? I find myself mostly using a few patches that are far apart from each other in my current set list and would like to put them closer together. I have a computer with the software to do it. I'm just wondering if it's possible on the device itself. Thanks

With the first 2 control knobs below the display, you can select a slot in a different set list, or another slot within the same set list. Hit "save" a second time and it's done. Just know that you're copying from one slot to another, and over-writing the patch that had been stored in the new destination...unless it was an empty slot.
bptrav
Thanks for the replies. I actually knew you could choose where to save a patch to but hadn't thought of saving a patch that I had already saved somewhere else. That will work fine since I mostly using a handful of patches right now and half my setlist was empty anyway. :)
AlexKenivel
Google search for the Pod hd500x Advanced Pilots guide, download and go to section 4.1 there's everything you need to know about editing and managing setlists without the editing software.
