blairbg Posted August 13, 2016 Share Posted August 13, 2016 hey folks...lost all dual tone presets...did the reset...reinstalled firmware...updates etc....had no backup saved...is it possible to do a complete factory reset or somehow retrieve the original software....anyway look forward to your input...thanx. Now if you mean somehow "roll back" the hands of father time and get your lost presets back? No, not unless you saved a copy of them.
