Not sure if this is a fix 100% of the time, but make sure you don't have too many bluetooth devices stored on your phone at one time. And make sure there aren't other bluetooth devices on in the room. I've noticed this being an issue once or twice and it seemed to help when I "forgot" some devices on my phone.
