Thanks Jimmy K I have downloaded Jam tracks to both my iPhone 6S and IPAD Pro 9.7" Did you create and login with your Line 6 account on the app? I think you have to before the online functionality is enabled. This is necessary to allow you to save your own tones to your account. If you are logged in with your L6 account, I would suggest to sign out and log back in. I have had issues with missing tones or no tones (rarely) and other online stuff not working and re-logging usually fixes it. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What am missing? I would assume that clicking on the small cloud icon with a down arrow would download the collection... of Blues for example?? GOT IT!!! - I NEED TO BE MORE PATIENT. I was excited about this new amplifi amp, but I've been really disappointed with Line 6 thus far because of the lack of clarity around setup and the number of issues... wiscodavid Posted January 29, 2018 Share Posted January 29, 2018 cannot load jamtracks for amplifi 30. I have the latest firmware 2.60 from the updater. Pixel XL phone running running OREO.
