MusicLaw Posted September 8, 2016 Share Posted September 8, 2016 No! Normally the base will display a slow blinking white halo when the power is on and the transmitter is not inserted into the base. Check to make sure the USB cable connected to the USB jack at the rear of the base is securely plugged into the jack, and that the AC transformer is not using a switched off AC outlet.
