Bameco Posted October 6, 2016 Share Posted October 6, 2016 Hi, After "installing" the HD Bass Pack (purchased from Line 6 online shop) via my Licens Manager I can't find the HD Bass Pack at my POD HD500X, It's missing or not installed? skybone Posted October 6, 2016 Share Posted October 6, 2016 The additional model packs are appended onto the end of your model list, it's just a case of having to scroll through all the amp models to find the ones you want. It's even easier with HD500x Edit. Just select the amp model menu, and you should see them all there. If you really want to reinstall the packs, then Install the latest firmware from Line6 Monkey, when it asks whether you want to keep or discard your patches, select "No" (but make sure you back everything up before you do this!), you should end up with a "fresh" HD, and then run Licence Manager & re-install the Model Packs. However, this is a bit of a pain if you already have patches you've built up that you really like. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
