Good morning,
I ask you please to help me.
I have a problem with the HD300 pod usb downloading the driver on pc tells me that the device is unknown and I can not connect it to your PC.
I have already reset the pod 300.
by starting the installation of the drivers from the .exe at one point he tells you that you should see a screen when connect usb HD300 pod asking you to force the installation of the driver for compatibility.
to me this pop up, this screen does not open, so I follow the procedure that tells me that the drivers are installed.
Also at the beginning when I linked the pod HD300 in the indication of the USB port and features I could see that the manufacturer was line6 that the door was appointed instead HD300 and now unknown device.
please give me a hand thanks

More than likely it is a problem with your PC recognizing the HD300 (unless it is a used HD that already had problems). Try using a different USB port.


If you still cannot get it to work, in order for someone to really help you, list your OS.
