Hey guys, just got the fh1500 and tried to update it which i allowed the whole night todo. Woke up in the morning it was still saying updating but since i was doing it via phone i had to stop the update. Now it just says updating ive tried doing a factory reset and it still says updating, any thoughts.

hi just got my firehawk and tried to update with the tablet it failed i tried a factory reset and it says updating forever. i keep trying  to hook up to my pc and update using line 6 updater but it doesnt see the firehawk? please help

I did update mine over the iPad and also via updater with laptop

 

My laptop with the updater did not see the Firehawk 1500 , but I then went to line 6 and downloaded the latest Firehawk drivers and then the line 6 updater saw my Firehawk 1500 and was able to update it that way .

 

I can't remember if it was drivers in general or specific to the Firehawk .

I was having a difficult time with it as well. This is what worked for me...

 

1. Opened Line 6 Updater.

2. With Firehawk connected via USB cable, I turned it on and then Updater showed Firehawk on its screen.

3. From there I followed prompts and it updated within a few minutes.
