M5 Rack Question

It behaves the way you want it to. If you power it off with an effect engaged, it will be the way you left it when you power it back up again.

I am about ready to buy one of these. I will put it in my rack pedal tray and switch it in and out with a RJM. My question is, will it work like a normal stompbox? When power is applied, I need it to power on and have the most recently saved effect engaged? I don't care if this is default behavior as long as I can get it set up like that. This way I can set it for a particular function I need, put it on my rack pedal tray and then forget about it until I need to change it. I do not want to have to worry about setting up MIDI to engage it. I will just switch it in and out with a RJM switcher.

If this is not available by default is there a way to sysex or monkey a "Rack Mode" into this device?

Time is a train
Makes the future the past
Leaves you standing in the station
Your face pressed up against the glass
