kyle1001 Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 Hi all, I've had this really annoying problem with my HD500 for a while now but I've managed to work around it, now it's just getting irritating. Basically if I switch from 'User 1' set list to any other set list and then go back to it, 'User 1' will be reset to default 'New Tones' with all of my custom tones gone, I then have to load up HD Edit and re-instate using my backed up bundle. Also if I go into the pre made set lists, tweak one of the tones there and try to save it to any of the User set lists, the tone I saved is there but everything else gets wiped. BillBee Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 If it is a syncing problem a couple of things come to mind: usb hub - don't use one and try to use the ports on the rear of the PC and it could be a USB cable that might be so-so.
