PodHDReverb
I know you can't record directly from the Pod HD into an iPad, but can you run the signal into a device that is compliant with the iPad to record indirectly to the iPad from the Pod HD? Like can you run the Pod HD through Sonic Port into the iPad (and not use the Mobile Pod amp models)?
silverhead
Sure. You could connect the Pod HD mono output into the Sonic Port Guitar input. You can record directly into Garageband using the Sonic Port without using Mobile Pd.
PodHDReverb
Thanks for the quick reply. Anyone doing this themselves and can speak to their results? Or can speak to any other devices they're using between the Pod and the iPad?
J_V_RO
Well, in my case I used the iRig and the experience was good... however I don't know if by doing this I fried something because a few weeks later my iPad's headphone/mic input stopped working (a horrible noise). I don't have the money to repair it now and never used it again.
fobsternd
Hmm I should give this a try using my sonic port. But I don't have garagebang in my ipad lol. Is it free?
