POD HD 500 broken since failed Firmware update

It was actually the first time i did an update for my POD HD 500.

So i tried to update also the Line 6 Monkey, wich failed too. It is still Version 1.71 and it keeps asking me to Update the Software.

Then I said: "Okay lets update de Firmware then."

I did that, the USB Firmware Update was successfull, but not the Flash Memory Update. And it just keeps failing.

And since then there is no sound comming from the POD HD 500 and it freezes sometimes.

So I wanted to reinstall the Line 6 Monkey, but i can't find it anywhere on the Line 6 Homepage.

Any idea what I should do next?

It still doesn't work.

What am I supposed to do, after the POD is on UPDATE FLASH MODE?

Cant I just download the newest version of Line 6 Monkey somewhere?

Also that Line 6 Updater thing doesnt even recognize it.

Or can I reset the POD? I don't care If I lose all my stuff.

I really need this to work again :/

Cheers

EDIT:

I finally managed to fix it somehow:

But i had to put it back to 2.32 instead of 2.36 because the newest update didn't work. And now i just roll with it.

Thank you very much and case closed!

The laptop PC I use for all my editing has no and I repeat no virus protection junk software on it and I rarely have had any problems.

Remove that crap and you will have fewer problems. All that stuff does is conflict with Microsoft Defender which is all you need.

And no I have never downloaded a virus.
