Which Amp Model Leaves Your Tone Unaltered?

Hi guys

I'm new around here so forgive me if I ask stuff that can be found on other threads but I HAVE been looking around for a few days before posting this.

I just got my pod HD bean last week and so far I've been positively impressed with it. I like the ease of use and the presets sound good to my ears. My main complain is that all of the acoustic presets (I play nylong strings) use the AMP DISABLED thus disabling the DRIVE BASS MID TREBLE PRESENCE VOLUME knobs. I am left only with the tweak control for real time customizing of my tone which is kind of disappointing... I need to have immediate EQ control of my guitar sound when I play gigs!

So my first question is:

Is there a way to assign these knobs to other FX like an EQ or a PREAMP for instance??

My guess is NO (please correct me i it is possible) so here is my second question:

If turning on the amp block is the only way to enable the front knobs, which amp model would you say is the best for CLEAN ACOUSTIC tone with as little coloring as possible?

I'm trying out the blackface double normal and even though it's okay it gives my guitar tone that "electric guitar" sound which is kind of off putting.

I understand that as a nylong string player my needs are not exactly the typical of a POD user but I'm hoping the bean can meet my demands with it's versatility.

THX for the help!!

Fed
