dlev
Hello all, I'm hoping that someone has seen this before and there's a solution. I've had this amp for about 2 1/2 years and enjoyed the features, but recently I got a Surface Pro tablet (windows 10) and was trying to get its audio output from the Amplifi 150 via bluetooth. Some days it worked, but it always was a struggle. So I figured I'd try to update the Amplifi's firmware via a desktop PC running Windows 10. I had done this before, but it's been a while, so I downloaded the latest drivers and Updater software from the Line 6 website, connected the Amplifi via USB and nothing happened. The amp never showed up in the update window. So I powered off, moved the USB cable to another port on the PC and powered up. The amp is now totally unresponsive. It lights up all 4 tone LEDs in a solid white, and the Bluetooth, Tone and Tap buttons are lit, but very dim. I've tried the factory reset procedure to no avail. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for any advice you might have.

dlev
No solution at this time. I've talked with Line 6 tech support and tried all of the reset/update procedures with no luck. Looks like I will have to have it repaired.
dlev
Not sure why I got a negative vote on my initial post, but since I found a few topics about this on the web, with no resolutions, I figured I'd post what I ended up doing. I sent the amp back to Line 6 for repair, which was done quickly and properly. Line 6 support deserves big props for going above and beyond and my Amplifi 150 is back in business!
TVDOG
i HAVE SAME PROBLEM. LINE 6 WANTS ME TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE WHICH SEEMS TO BE A DEFECT. I HAVE SEEN THE PROBLEM WITH OTHER UNITS SO IT IS A FLAW IN THE UNIT. 4 LIGHTS ON AND WILL NOT DO A FACTORY RESET. It is a brick!!!!!
