Lost preset tone

You should be able to identify which tone is in preset slot A from the app, and decide from there whether to overwrite. You could do a factory reset to restore the factory presets, just make sure you have saved any tones you want to keep before doing so. To perform a factory reset press and hold Master Volume knob and Tone button as you power up the unit, keep holding them both down until you see the LED's around the Master Volume knob light up.
Alternatively, if you know which preset you are missing I can see if I still have it and upload it to the cloud for you to download.
