Spider IV 75 Can't get pinch harmonics

So I just got a Jackson Dinky 7 string guitar. At the store, I tried it out using the Spider IV Jam and I got amazing squealing pinch harmonics from it.

When I plugged the new guitar into my Spider IV at home, I can't get the same harmonics that I got at the store. All this time, I thought it was my technique but it was my amp. Is there something I can adjust on the amp to get the harmonics going? Thanks!

For this situation I would dial back from something really high gain until I found the sweet spot instead of building up to that point. So, I would start with some probably very high gain and dial back until I get the desired tone, instead of starting low and building to that point. Sometimes its better to reach a max and strip away what you don't need instead of incrementally add.
