abaxe Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 So I'm new to Helix and am digging this unit but I just watched a you tube video on how to create snapshots. I've got the latest firmware and can see the camera icon on the top right helix screen. I've been able to go into global settings and get into snapshot mode but I noticed that once I had started setting up a preset, I wasn't seeing the snapshot camera icon on any of the foot switches.
