connortalley Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 hi just got a helix updated it after playing with it for a bit and im looking to get into using the editor i insatlled the latest editor but when i open it up its a skinny window just showing preset names and letting me import presets and impulse responses but no large window with the visual blocks and patch building portion. silverhead Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Sounds like you don't have the latest editor. Go to the Downloads section of this website. Select Helix in the Software (not Products) field. Download the Editor v2.11 installer file (see link at bottom of installation instructions). Follow the instructions carefully to install the editor, driver, and Line 6 Updater program. Then run Line 6 Updater as detailed to install the latest firmware.
