Post Fx Routing Document

This is a document I worked awhile on but never quite finished.  Though I never completed it I thought it was a shame to put all that work into it and not put it out there.  It has to do with how th post FX aren't exactly parallel and why and what the signal path actually is depending on what you do.  It was pretty much done but needed a major editing job since it is a bit wordy.  You'll see what I mean.  Stick with it, it should answer any questions you may have had about the post FX routings.

This is very interesting brue58ski,

Many thanks for taking the time to investigate & uploading the document.

I will have a good read through it tonight ... it is a topic which always puzzled me and as a still dedicated Vetta II user with a looper in the FX loop this might be of great interest to me  :)

Hi brue58ski,

Your document solved the problem I had all these years with my looper in the FX loop on patches where I use the expression pedal to blend between 2 amps.
On these patches the loop would playback on only one side of the stereo image.
Using the FX loop chained after a 'sacrificed' effect block (last 2 pages of your document) solved the problem - it's now playing back 1:1 in the correct stereo image :)

Thanks again for uploading this detailed & comprehensive document,
Wolf
