R0BL68 Posted March 2, 2017 Share Posted March 2, 2017 I am a new Helix user and have downloaded the latest software, installer etc. But when I try to use the editor on my Mac, only the narrow left side bar shows on the screen? I really want to utilize this option so I can edit without having to keep my Helix at desk top height or bend over all the time when making adjustments. Please help. silverhead Posted March 2, 2017 Share Posted March 2, 2017 Sounds like you have an out of date version of the editor. Go to the Downloads page and get version 2.11 by selecting Helix in the Software, not Products, field. Install all elements (editor, driver, and Line 6 Updater). Follow all instructions carefully and reinstall your firmware. If you did not use the latest version of the Updater program chances are your firmware installation was incorrect.
