​Looking for help with opening files from Customtone. The edit software for my POD HD Pro works just fine, loads all of my presets to my laptop. The files I've tried downloading on here are listed as a pxe or h5e file. Not entirely sure what that means but maybe I'm just dumb and can't figure out something simple. Any help would be appreciated as I'm relatively new to the whole "using my POD with my computer" thing. Thanks.

Do you have the EDIT software?

And it sure would be nice if I could use 500edit on my Android Phone or Android Tablet to manage my Pod when not at home.

Even if it needs to be a '500 Lite' version that only allows for the import and export of patches, and not a full-fledged working program.

Something needs done.

Those are file extensions like doc is a Word document.

 

Drop and drag them into a preset slot in HDEdit when the HD is connected and load them to test.
